B3 - Bourbon, Beer & Butts - Rock of the 70s
  • Don't go hungry! Our food vendors, including Harrington Raceway & Casino and Big Al's Roast Beef will be sure to have a variety of delicious food and are ready to serve you! All BBQ & VIP packages will be catered by Mission BBQ.
  • Events are rain or shine. Events in the Quillen Arena are under cover but if the weather is rainy, it's always a good idea to bring your rain boots!
  • Bottled water will be available at all bars and vendors.
  • Alcohol Sampling. You are given a tasting glass if you purchased a tasting ticket that will allow you to responsibly enjoy products featured at the show.
  • Bring your ID -- All guests entering will have their ID checked to verify that they are over the legal drinking age if they have purchased a tasting ticket.

Venue Description

  • Concerts presented are part of the Quillen Arena concert series promoted by the Delaware State Fair.
  • Concerts are held inside of the Quillen Arena located on the Fairgrounds (GPS 18500 S. DuPont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952)
  • The Q is a large pavilion protected by a roof, with open sides, that make this event an all-weather concert.
  • Once admitted to the Q you cannot leave and re-enter.
  • The Q is a large pavilion protected by a roof, with open sides, that make this event an all-weather concert. As such, all shows at the Q are held rain or shine. No need for umbrellas, so please leave them at home.
  • Only extreme weather could cause a show to be delayed. Any delay announcements will be posted to the Fairground’s website at www.delawarestatefair.com

Tickets

  • You may purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per show. This is determined by reference to your name, your company name, your credit card number and billing or email address. Violators will have their excessive purchases automatically cancelled and refunded to the credit card used without any further contact. No refunds or exchanges.

Secondary Ticket Market

Consumer Warning – The Delaware State Fair uses bar code scanning for Quillen Arena Concert ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and make certain the seller is a Delaware State Fair licensed ticketing agent.

Etix is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of the Delaware State Fair Box Office. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Stubhub, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets which may result in refusal of admission.

Will Call Information and Policies

Will Call is located at the base of the M&T Bank Grandstand. Will Call windows are open the entire day of the concert beginning at 10:00 am and will generally remain open until the start of the headliner’s performance.

Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the sales transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo identification is required (valid driver's license or passport) in order to claim your tickets. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the order will be obtained at the time tickets are claimed. Signatures will remain on file for future reference. Should a name change be necessary, please call the Delaware State Fair Box Office for further information at (302) 398-3269.

Services Available

1. Parking - Handicap Parking can be found behind the Administration building in the fenced in blacktop lot. Please use the main fair entrance off of South DuPont Hwy (GPS address: 18500 S. Dupont Hwy) to access the Handicap Parking Area. Guests needing to park in the handicap parking lot must present proper Parking Credentials to parking staff prior to parking in lot.

2. Service Animals - ADA identified and compliant service animals are always welcome to the Delaware State Fairgrounds.

3. Quillen Arena Concerts Accessible Seating - Handicapped patrons wanting to utilize wheelchairs may enter by way of the main entrance. ADA Seating (including companion requests) can be requested from the box office at (302) 398-3269.

Electronic Devices

Cameras, Recording Devices and Drones

Still photography, audio, video, unauthorized drones, or any professional recording equipment is not allowed in the Quillen Arena.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all fair visitors, the Delaware State Fair prohibits unauthorized operation or use of any unmanned aerial vehicle on or above the Delaware State Fairgrounds. This includes all UAVs, commonly known as "drones," regardless of commercial or recreational purpose. Any UAV(s) observed at or near the Delaware State Fairgrounds will be reported to local law enforcement and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Artist merchandise will be available at the front of the Quillen Arena for purchase.

General Information

Sign Language Interpreters

Sign language interpreters are available upon request for all Quillen Arena shows with 14 days notice required. Please call (302) 398-3269 or email info@thestatefair.net to request an interpreter.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in the Quillen Arena concert area. Smoking is allowed outside the venue. Ask any usher for further direction.

Weather

All concerts are rain or shine, unless there are severe weather warnings and/or the threat of lightning in the area. We suggest ponchos for rainy weather; umbrellas are not permitted. (The decision to cancel a concert due to severe weather is rarely made in advance as weather conditions rapidly change, a concert cancellation is a last resort, and made at the very last minute. Notifications will be posted on the Fair’s webpage, Facebook, Twitter, and on the fairgrounds. If the headliner performs there will be no refunds.

Restrooms

Permanent restrooms are located inside Quillen Arena. Temporary restrooms are located directly outside of the restrooms. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

First Aid

Minor injuries and ailments are treated at the First Aid station located at the base of the M&T Bank Grandstand. In the event of serious illness or injury, please dial 911.
